I'm a Canadian transplant currently living in the Pacific Northwest. I studied fine art at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. I paint and take pictures.

For my paintings, I work mostly with oil on canvas, but sometimes I use acrylics and mixed media. I occasionally paint representational figures but I often create abstract work and play with tension and space.

I enjoy photography too, and focus on color and composition. Unusual color combinations found in nature are interesting to me, as are textures.
